Gemalt habe ich immer gerne. Aber erst vor 5 Jahren habe ich mir die Zeit genommen, mich mit dem Malen auseinanderzusetzen. Dabei sind unterschiedliche Stilrichtungen und Motive in meine Arbeiten eingeflossen. Jedes Bild jedoch lebt von der Freude am Malen und von meinem persönlichen Ausdruck. Geboren bin ich am 27. Juli 1961 in Sorengo im Tessin, aufgewachsen jedoch in Basel. Zusammen mit meinem Mann wohne ich seit einigen Jahren in einer kleinen, solothurnischen Gemeinde am Rande des Fricktals. Das Künstlerische erbte ich wohl von meiner Mutter, die als Sopranistin auf der Bühne stand. Inspiriert wurde ich jedoch auch von meinem Stiefvater, der als Tenor im Theaterchor tätig war und in seiner Freizeit malte. Jedoch erst nachdem mein Sohn seine eigenen Wege gehen konnte, nahm ich mir die Zeit, zu malen. Das intensive Auseinandersetzen mit Farben, Technik und Motiven führte zu einer Sammlung von Bildern, die vom Ausdruck, der Intensität, den Farben und meiner Inspiration leben. Meine Bilder sollen dem Betrachter genau dies übermitteln.

I have always liked to paint. But only 5 years ago I took the time to deal with painting. Thereby different styles and motives have been incorporated into my work. But every painting lives from the joy of painting and from my personal expression.I was born on 27 July 1961 in Sorengo in Ticino, but grew up in Basel. Together with my husband, I have been living for several years in a small Solothurn community on the edge of the Fricktal valley. I probably inherited the artistic side from my mother, who was a soprano on stage. But I was also inspired by my stepfather, who was a tenor in the theater choir and painted in his spare time. But only after my son was able to go his own way, I took the time to paint. The intensive study of colors, technique and motifs led to a collection of paintings that live from expression, intensity, colors and my inspiration. My paintings should convey exactly this to the viewer.

J'ai toujours aimé peindre. Mais ce n'est qu'il y a cinq ans que j'ai pris le temps de me lancer dans la peinture. Ainsi, différents styles et motifs ont été incorporés dans mon travail. Mais
chaque tableau vit de la joie de peindre et de mon expression personnelle.
Je suis né le 27 juillet 1961 à Sorengo, au Tessin, mais j'ai grandi à Bâle. Avec mon mari, je vis depuis plusieurs années dans une petite communauté de Soleure, au bord du Fricktal.
J'ai hérité du côté artistique de ma mère, qui était soprano sur scène. Mais j'ai aussi été inspiré par mon beau-père, qui était ténor dans la chorale du théâtre et qui peignait pendant son temps
libre. Mais ce n'est qu'après que mon fils a pu suivre son propre chemin que j'ai pris le temps de peindre. L'étude intensive des couleurs, de la technique et des motifs a donné naissance à une
collection de peintures qui vivent de l'expression, de l'intensité, des couleurs et de mon inspiration.
C'est exactement ce que mes peintures doivent transmettre au spectateur.
