Our company was established in 1971 as a sole trader enterprise by Fred M. Sicking.
His daughter, Patricia, opened a branch office in Schönried in 1981 and continued to run it for 10 years. At the end of the 1980s the firm was converted into a family-owned limited company. In 1990/91 the two branches were merged and renamed Sicking Immobilien & Treuhand AG Gstaad with offices in Gstaad run by Patricia Sicking. The company is a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Professionals (SVIT).

Our small, multilingual team (German/French/English/Italian/Dutch) is made up of 3 efficient and friendly people.

Our core business is advising clients and arranging property sales (chalets, apartments, land) throughout the Saanenland and the Pays-d'Enhaut. We also have a department that handles the letting of holiday chalets/apartments and one that manages condominium buildings and single family chalets. We also offer property management services, e.g. paying bills, forwarding mail etc.
